NOT A FOOD AND PERSONAL CHOICE!

Friends & Family, Not Foods!

Demanding, Purchasing;Consuming and Using animal corpses or products is not a personal choice.

Why? How? The initial pages provide detailed answers. However, here we will discuss it collectively and concisely:

1. Ethical Responsibility: Ethics, always first! Industrial farming inflicts immense suffering on billions of animals annually, reflecting a profound ethical crisis (FAO, 2020). The numbers will shock you! According to Viva!, the total number of land animals killed for food in a year arounds the world exceeds 78 billion. The number of fishes killed is uncertain, but enormous. The vast majority of land animals — and virtually all farmed fishes — spend their short lives in factory farm conditions.

Hence, each year, more than 70 billion land animals — ten times the number of the human population — are murdered. These pure-hearted, innocent beings, who feel pain and experience love, and pleasure just like us, are subjected to unimaginable suffering. Their lives, filled with potential for joy and connection, are cut short for the sake of fleeting human pleasure. By choosing compassion over cruelty, or by choosing to be a Vegan, you, we can honor their existence and take a stand against this silent massacre; this रक्तपात,this कत्लेआम., this inhumanity!

2. Health Consequences: Diets high in animal products are linked to chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer, affecting public health on a large scale (Global Burden of Disease Study, 2017).

3. Environmental Impact: Animal agriculture is a leading cause of deforestation, biodiversity loss, and greenhouse gas emissions, significantly harming global ecosystems (FAO, 2020).

4. Pandemic Risk: Zoonotic diseases, which originate from animals and account for approximately 60% of all infectious diseases globally, are exacerbated by wildlife exploitation and habitat destruction (World Health Organization, 2021).

Our choices directly impact the planet, public health, and the life of our non-human family members (animal welfare), making them(our bandwagoned or visually impaired or blind choices) a collective responsibility rather than just personal preference.

Beside these,

Consider this deeply:

How can something be merely a “personal choice” when it directly involves the life of another sentient being?

Don’t you think the most fundamental choice should be the individual’s right, rather than yours. And What is The choice I’m referring to? The choice of being slaved, abused, raped, tortured, exploited, and finally murdered for your trivial pleasures?

Don’t you believe that the most fundamental and sacred right of any individual is to live free from the fear of being enslaved, abused, or killed? Every being deserves the chance to exist without the shadow of violence and exploitation hanging over them.

We, as people with well functioning brains and hearts, know no one would willingly choose such a fate, not even in fiction. We’re misusing our power and dominance over those who are vulnerable. We’re forgetting that

“With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility.”

Let’s use our power to protect and respect all life forms, not to harm and kill ‘em..

Their lives matter as much it matters to you.

This isn’t just about individual preference; it’s about the lives and suffering of those who cannot voice their own needs or desires. Every decision you make, especially regarding the consumption of animal products, has a profound impact on living beings who experience pain, fear, and distress.

Imagine the weight of this reality: Each time you choose to consume animal products, you’re not just making a personal dietary choice; you’re contributing to a system that inflicts suffering and death on innocent creatures. This system is not an abstract concept; it’s a tangible reality with real consequences for animals who suffer and die.

Now, reflect on the true nature of personal choice. It’s not simply about what feels convenient or satisfying in the moment. It’s about making decisions that align with your deepest values and ethics. If your values include compassion and respect for life, how can you reconcile those beliefs with supporting practices that cause harm and suffering to lives?

Switching to a vegan lifestyle is more than a personal preference; it’s a commitment to living in harmony with your values, extending your compassion to all sentient beings. By making informed choices that reflect your ethical principles, you transform your lifestyle into a powerful statement against cruelty and exploitation.

In this light, Veganism isn’t just a personal choice — it’s a profound act of alignment with the principles of empathy and respect for life. Embrace it not as a mere dietary change, but as a moral and ethical stance that honors all beings and acknowledges their intrinsic value. Your choices have the power to ripple through the world, creating waves of compassion and change.

We, as humans, truly understand that grasping or acknowledging these facts, or The Truth at face value might not be that straightforward or easy. Our brains are wired to create heuristics, or mental shortcuts, to navigate complex information. This means that when confronted with ideas that challenge our deeply held beliefs, our minds often employ various defenses. It is natural for our brains to generate arguments — though in this case, mostly illogical, nonsensical, idiotic, and utterly unwise. These defenses range from claims like “Plants feel pain” to fictional concerns about “Animal Overpopulation” and “Sentient Plant-Aliens coming to Earth”- by Neil De Grasse and beyond.

The path to attaining the Truth might not always be adorned with Rose Petals.

Leonardo da Vinci, Galileo Galilei, Isaac Newton, Benjamin Franklin, Michael Faraday, Charles Darwin, James Clerk Maxwell, Albert Einstein, Richard Feynman, Stephen Hawking, Elon Musk: they all defied their Attachment to Comfort, stepped out of their comfort zones, faced tremendous struggles, and challenged prevailing norms. They pursued Truth with resolute, firm, determined dedication, driven by an insatiable curiosity that has made their names endure through the centuries.

Approximately 109 billion people, in numeric form: 109,000,000,000 people have lived and died up to now, but not all are remembered.

The difference? Those who sought, supported, and championed The Truth are only celebrated. Embrace this legacy and make a stand for Truth and compassion by going Vegan. Transform your life, honor those who dared to question, and join a movement that aligns with the true values of humanity, and veganism is the only lifestyle that genuinely reflects it.

Humanity, and Ethics First!

The Need for Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is essential for truly understanding and connecting with others. Consider a moment when one of your loved ones is overwhelmed; recognizing their feelings and offering genuine support can strengthen your bond.

Putting economic profit above ethics often leads to suffering and injustice. For instance, think about a company that prioritizes profits by cutting corners on safety, resulting in harm to workers and the environment. Or consider the impact of fast fashion: chasing profits leads to exploitation of poor animals, and their little babies, the labor and massive environmental damage. Instead, prioritizing ethics means valuing the well-being of all living beings over financial gain. Take Beyond Meat, for example. This vegan company prioritizes sustainability and animal welfare, showing that it is possible to be successful while maintaining strong ethical standards. By putting ethics first, we build a world where compassion and respect are at the forefront. Imagine a community where businesses operate with integrity, ensuring fair wages and sustainable practices. This approach creates stronger, more meaningful relationships and contributes to a kinder, more just society.

Call to Action

Is taste of a fleeting moment more important than somebody’s entire life?

Imagine for a moment that you are walking through a forest. You hear the chirping of birds, the rustling of leaves, and the buzzing of insects. Each sound is a reminder of the vibrant, interconnected web of life that surrounds us. These creatures, from the tiniest ant to the majestic elephant, are not just inhabitants of this planet; they are our family.

Each animal has a story, a life filled with moments of joy, pain, and struggle. They nurture their young, form bonds, and navigate their worlds with their own level of intelligence and sensitivity.

“To cause harm to them, whether in a direct or a crooked way, for the fleeting pleasure of taste is to betray the very essence of our humanity and our connection to the natural world.”

By choosing a vegan lifestyle, we embrace a path of compassion and respect for all life. We acknowledge that our actions have profound impacts and that we have the power to make choices that honor the lives of our animal kin. Going vegan is not just a dietary choice; it is a statement of love, a commitment to justice, and a step towards a world where all beings are treated with the dignity they deserve.

Let us stand together in solidarity with our animal family. Let us reject the exploitation and suffering that comes from consuming animal products. Embrace a vegan lifestyle and become a beacon of compassion in a world that desperately needs it. Your choices matter. Your actions can save lives. Join the movement for a kinder, more just world. Go vegan today, for the animals, for the planet, and for the future we all share.

Will something change just by us being vegans?

At first glance, it may seem like a single individual’s choice can’t alter the course of global issues. Yet, it’s crucial to recognize that transformative change often begins with individual actions, which collectively create profound ripples in the fabric of society.

Adhering to a lifestyle that aligns with Humanity and The Truth — like veganism — is not just a personal decision; it is a powerful statement. It is an affirmation of compassion, justice, and respect for all sentient beings. By choosing veganism, you are actively rejecting the exploitation and suffering inherent in animal agriculture and embracing a more ethical and sustainable way of living, or choosing to be that what we all are meant to be- REAL HUMANS.

Advocating and radiating this message has the potential to create significant change. When you embody these principles and share them with others, you act as a pebble thrown into a pond, generating ripples that extend far beyond your immediate surroundings. Each ripple influences others, spreading awareness and inspiring more people to question their choices and adopt more compassionate practices.

The impact of this ripple effect is evidenced by numerous social and environmental movements throughout history. Consider how the push for civil rights, environmental conservation, and other ethical advancements began with a few courageous individuals who dared to challenge the status quo. Their commitment to their principles, despite initial doubts and resistance, ultimately led to widespread societal change.

The key lies in the collective power of individuals uniting for a common cause. Veganism, as a manifestation of our deepest values of humanity and truth, has the potential to drive large-scale transformation. By adhering strictly to these principles and advocating for them with passion and integrity, you contribute to a growing movement that challenges harmful practices, supports animal welfare, and promotes environmental sustainability.

Remember, change does not always come from monumental actions but often from the persistent efforts of individuals who dare to be different. Each person who adopts veganism and spreads the message adds another ripple to the pond, gradually transforming our world into a more conscious, compassionate and just place.

So, become that pebble.

Embrace veganism not merely as a personal choice, but as a profound commitment to a greater cause — one that reflects the highest ideals of compassion, justice, and respect for all living beings. Radiate this message with unwavering conviction and inspire others to follow your lead.

If you find yourself questioning how you can develop such deep convictions, passion, and integrity to advocate for veganism, know that these qualities will emerge as you understand concepts like the bandwagon effect, the dunning-kruger effect, cognitive dissonance, confirmation bias, the bystander effect, the reality of today’s societal norms, the cruel, inhumane, soul-crushing, heart-breaking, gut wrenching happenings to our animal family, and the interconnectedness of all life forms.
